Bupa Finance plc today announces that it has published a prospectus in relation to its EUR 500 million 5.00 per cent. fixed rate notes due 12 October 2030 (the “Senior Notes”).
The prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is now available for viewing. View the full prospectus document.
The prospectus has been submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.
The Senior Notes will be issued by Bupa Finance plc on 12 October 2023. The Senior Notes are guaranteed by The British United Provident Association Limited (“Bupa”).
