Sustainability reporting

Management level

Progress against the Better World strategy is reported regularly to the Sustainability Steering Committee, which comprises C-level executives responsible for reviewing the Group’s sustainability and ESG agenda, including risks and opportunities. It oversees reporting, and finalises recommendations to the Group CEO, Chief Executive Committee (CEC) and the Board.

Board level

The Board has oversight of delivery of the Better World strategy and broader environmental, social and governance matters, and has allocated responsibilities for reviewing and monitoring related disclosures to its Audit Committee.

In September 2025, Bupa Group maintained an AA rating (on a scale of AAA-CCC) in the MSCI ESG Ratings assessment.

In August 2025, Bupa Group received an ESG Risk Rating of 23.9 (medium risk) from Morningstar Sustainalytics.

Bupa Group achieved an A- (leadership) rating in our 2025 CDP climate change disclosure.
