We are today announcing the appointment of Sally Clark to the Bupa Board as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Risk Committees from 1 July 2022.
Sally brings over 30 years’ experience in internal audit and risk management in financial services, including having been Chief Internal Auditor at Barclays where she managed a large, global team and drove award-winning learning and development activities, as well as sponsoring Barclays’ wellbeing agenda. She has non-executive experience through her current roles at Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Acin Limited and KORE Limited, and also her role on the board of Metro Bank plc, from which she will step down on 30 June 2022.
