Bupa, the international healthcare funding and provision group, today announces the appointment of Caroline Silver to its Board as a non-executive director.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Caroline is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank, where she specialises in financial institutions and fintech advisory and capital raising. Previously, she was Vice Chairman of EMEA Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and spent 14 years at Morgan Stanley where she held a number of senior positions including Global Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and European Head of Financial Institutions. Caroline is also non-executive Chairman of FTSE250 FMCG group PZ Cussons plc and a Trustee of the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Caroline will join the Bupa Board on 1 November 2017.
