The podcast was created by Amazing If which aims to help individuals take control of their careers with action-focused advice.
This episode is the first of three in a new series to support Mental Health Awareness week. The series has been created in partnership with the Bupa UK Foundation which promotes practical projects in local communities that have a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing.
