Bupa Global & UK launch #BupaHealthTracks
Launching today is #BupaHealthTracks, connecting the power of music with wellbeing, to amplify our new ‘This is Health’ brand campaign.
#BupaHealthTracks seeks to create the ultimate health and wellbeing playlist of crowdsourced music that as a nation we turn to for our physical and mental health; whether a gym class, walking the dog, during a sunset yoga class, or dancing with friends.
Working with Bupa is DJ and TV presenter Gok Wan, who has been open about his experience of managing positive mental health. As an advocate of the healing power of music, he is encouraging people to submit their #BupaHealthTrack and add to the ultimate feel-good playlist for the UK.
Gok Wan comments: “This campaign hits the nail on the head when describing what health means to people in 2022. It’s less about marathons and PBs in the gym, and more about the smaller everyday achievements – be it taking the time to stretch, playing with your pet, or dancing with friends in the kitchen.
“It also reveals the huge impact that music can have in helping people enjoy life and achieve their goals. Personally, I love listening to classical music when taking my Frenchie, Dolly, for a walk.
“I’m calling on the nation to add their own songs to Bupa’s new Spotify playlist and share their health wins online using #BupaHealthTracks – we can’t wait to see what songs keep you moving and feeling inspired.”
