Bupa Global & UK are ranked 5th in Inclusive Companies Top 50 Employers list
Bupa Global & UK has been ranked 5th in the Inclusive Companies Top 50 UK Employers List 2022/23 – the list acknowledges and ranks businesses which are most consistent throughout the whole tenure of their organisations and encompass all types of diversity.
Now in its seventh year, it has become the definitive cross-industry index harnessing both best practice and innovation with the goal of driving inclusion for all.
Inclusive Companies helps organisations create cultural transformation through a “hearts and mind” approach to increase social inclusion and empowerment with the intention of embedding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) into everything they practice.
For the fourth year in a row, Bupa Global & UK has ranked in the top 10, showing Bupa’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion.
