Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Bupa is launching a global campaign on genomics to spark conversations about the importance of sharing genetic health information with family members. As part of this campaign, Bupa is conducting research to understand whether families globally are sharing (or not sharing) this information, alongside a survey of Bupa Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to explore their views on the role of family health conversations in driving positive health outcomes.

By completing the HCP survey during the prize draw period, eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 voucher of your choice. For details on eligibility, how to enter, and other important information, please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

By submitting a survey response, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these T&Cs.

The promoter of this prize draw is The British United Provident Association Limited, 1 Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, company number 00432511 (“Bupa”).

  1. Eligibility
    • This prize draw is accessed via the designated survey webpage and is open only to employees of Bupa group companies who:
      • have full access to Workvivo;
      • have a Bupa IT account; and
      • are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
    • Contractors, agency workers, consultants, and any other non-employee workers are not eligible to enter.
    • Entrants must be employed by a Bupa group company on both the date of entering and the date the winner is notified.
    • Employees undergoing disciplinary action or serving notice at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  2. How to Enter
    • Complete the HCP survey form via the provided link.
    • Entries must be submitted between Monday, 22nd September 2025 (00:01 local time) and October 3rd 2025 (23:59 local time).
    • Incomplete, late, illegible, or duplicate entries will not be accepted.
  3. Prize
    • One winner will receive a £250 digital e-gift voucher (the “Prize”).
    • The voucher will be for a retailer of the winner’s choice, subject to Bupa approval and availability. Choices must be appropriate and available as an e-gift voucher for use in the winner’s country of employment. Excluded options include cash or cash-equivalents (e.g., prepaid debit cards, bank transfers, money orders, crypto), gambling, weapons, illegal goods/services, adult content/services, and tobacco/vaping retailers.
    • Where a chosen retailer or denomination is unavailable (including country restrictions), Bupa may ask the winner to select another retailer or may substitute a voucher of equal value from a comparable retailer.
    • If issued in a currency other than GBP, the voucher value will be set using Bupa’s prevailing exchange rate on the purchase date; the final value may vary due to exchange rates/fees.
    • Issuer terms apply (including any expiry date, balance checks, and redemption rules). Bupa is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, misdirected or expired vouchers once issued.
    • The winner must confirm their preferred retailer within 14 calendar days of the notification email. If they do not, Bupa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    • The voucher will be delivered electronically to the winner’s Bupa email address within 30 days of confirmation. If the winner’s employment ends before the voucher is issued, the prize will be forfeited.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Any payroll and tax implications will be handled in line with Bupa policy and applicable law, which may include reporting via payroll and deductions from pay.
  4. Winner Selection and Notification
    • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The draw will take place within 7 working days of the prize draw closing date.
    • The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 14 calendar days to claim the prize.
    • If the winner does not respond within this time, Bupa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  5. Disqualification
  6. Bupa reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

    • Does not comply with these T&Cs;
    • Submits false, misleading, plagiarised, or otherwise inappropriate entries; or
    • Attempts to gain an unfair advantage in the entry process.
  7. Data Protection
    • Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering this prize draw and conducting the survey in accordance with the relevant local Employee Privacy Notice
  8. General
    • Bupa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw if necessary due to events beyond its control.
    • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
