Eighty desktop computers with monitors, keyboards and cables have been donated by Bupa Global Latin America to support educational projects in Miami.
Moses Dodo, General Manager, Bupa Global Latin America, recently invited Elio Falcon Jr., the Principal of Jorge Mas Canosa Middle School – the largest public middle school in Miami-Dade County - to Bupa’s office in Miami to receive the equipment.
The computers will support projects linked to the core values of Jorge Mas Canosa Middle School - Global Literacy, Leadership, Collaboration, Accountability, Character and Safety.
Moses Dodo, General Manager, Bupa Global Latin America, said: “This donation reinforces the commitment of BGLA to support our communities throughout the region under our vision to become the most admired healthcare company in Latin America.”
The donation followed a detailed internal audit by Bupa’s IT Department to collect a list of equipment that was still fully functional and in good shape for school purposes, but were no longer required by Bupa.
