Bupa UK: Mental health podcasts with the Bupa UK Foundation

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, the Bupa UK Foundation is sponsoring a series of mental health podcasts in partnership with Squiggly Careers, a weekly career development podcast.

In the first episode you can hear Bupa Group’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Paula Franklin, and Chief Customer and Corporate Affairs Officer, Alex Cole, along with Emma Mamo, Head of Workplace Wellbeing at Mind, discussing mental health in the workplace.

The podcast was created by Amazing If which aims to help individuals take control of their careers with action-focused advice.

This episode is the first of three in a new series to support Mental Health Awareness week. The series has been created in partnership with the Bupa UK Foundation which promotes practical projects in local communities that have a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing.
