EMpower, OUTstanding and Bupa will be working together to support a diverse talent pipeline and empower advocates for inclusion at all levels of the organisation.

Bupa joins a network comprising over 25% of the FTSE100. EMpower and OUTstanding facilitate the formation of cross-industry and cross-sector connections through events and programmes, enabling the sharing of best practice, research and resources.

David Hynam, CEO of Bupa UK, said: “We’re delighted to be working with INvolve to strengthen our commitment to diversity and inclusion. At Bupa we celebrate diversity, welcoming people from all backgrounds and want to be as diverse as the customers, patients and residents we serve.”

Suki Sandhu, CEO and founder of EMpower and OUTstanding, said: “EMpower and OUTstanding are built on the belief that businesses are more profitable, resilient and better places to work when colleagues feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work.
