Smile activities and benefits are tailored across our global business, but at its heart is our bespoke Performance Energy programme. This resilience-building approach helps people maintain optimum energy levels so they can manage the everyday pressures of work and life.

As well as focussing on our mindset, our Performance Energy programme helps us think about our approach to how we look after ourselves physically.

Our people work across a variety of work spaces including clinical settings and offices, as well as remotely from home (PDF, 1.2MB).We provide support and resources to help them with their wellbeing, wherever they are.
Around the world, we aim to create shared value in the communities we’re part of. In Spain, Sanitas founded the Healthy Cities project to promote healthy lifestyles and healthier urban environment. The initiative has also launched in Hong Kong and Chile.
