Our innovative campaign uses a simple and enchanting animation style to tell the stories of people with different kinds of healthcare problems, such as a bad knee requiring an operation, an elbow needing physiotherapy, identifying anaemia and an older man going into a Bupa care home.
We launched the first-ever TV ad about providing care for people with dementia. The ad is part of Bupa's commitment to bringing the issue of dementia care "out of the shadows" and acknowledging it as a growing issue for families and the nation's healthcare providers.

Our new TV advert in the UK focuses on the value of having Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and the reassurance this can bring to our customers. While previous advertising has been aimed at recruiting new members, this one aims to help retain our existing customers by reminding them of the peace of mind they have by being with Bupa.

Bupa launches the first ever UK TV advertisement about dementia care.
In January and February 2009, a marketing campaign was launched to raise the importance of health and showing how Bupa can help people make the most of their health and wellbeing.
