Nathan Sweetman, the manager at Bracknell Teddies Nursery was thrilled to be awarded a SHINE Lifetime Achievement Award for his 11 years' service with Teddies.
Trained to NVQ level 3 in childcare and early years, 32-year old Nathan has lost count of the hundreds of children he has looked after since starting his career.
Nathan who has worked across the South East area for Teddies in Farnham, Woking, Twickenham and now Bracknell said:I feel I do my best and like to achieve high standards. I am really pleased to have been given this award.
The company's SHINE awards celebrate the achievements made by staff at all the 32 Teddies Nurseries over the past 12 months. The winners of the awards are nominated by a judging panel, taking into consideration comments from parents and colleagues. SHINE stands for 'Showing How Investment Nurtures Excellence'.
