Rita Clifton joined Bupa's board as a Non-Executive Director in June 2010. She is also a Member of Bupa's Medical Advisory Panel, Nomination and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
She is Chairman of Populus and Non-Executive Director of Dixons Retail plc, President of the Market Research Society, Trustee of WWF (Worldwide Fund for Nature) and visiting Professor at Henley Business School. Her most recent appointment is as Chairman of The Conservation Volunteers (formerly BTCV), the social enterprises group.
Rita is the former Chairman and Chief Executive of Interbrand.
