Bupa's AGM was held on 15 May 2013 in London. Proxy votes were received from 15 Association Members who were entitled to vote, but unable to attend the Meeting. All votes were in favour of all resolutions.
The resolutions at the meeting were taken on a show of hands. All votes were passed unanimously for all resolutions.
