How do I make a claim?
There are three easy steps you need to follow:
- You will need a claim form to take with you to the dentist;
- Ask your dentist to complete the treatment section on the claim form;
- Return the completed claim form with receipts to:

Can I claim immediately?
Yes, from the first day of your membership (with the exception of oral cancer).
Can I visit any dentist?
Yes, you can see any dentist in the UK. However, if you visit a Bupa accredited dental practice you will receive an enhancement on your benefit limit for premier and platinum cover only.
Can you advise me of a Bupa accredited dental practice in my area?
Your Bupa dental helpline advisers are happy to check the database to find details of any local Bupa accredited dental practice.
Does Bupa DentalChoice cover me for accidental injuries?
If you have an accidental dental injury you are covered up to an annual benefit limit. For further information call the Bupa dental helpline or check your membership guide.
