Minimum application criteria
You should have obtained or be expected to obtain a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any subject. In addition, for the Marketing and General programmes you will need to have a minimum of 320 UCAS points excluding General Studies A-level. If you're applying for the IS programme, you will need a minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in an IT-related subject. Please make sure your CV lists all qualifications and marks acheived or predicted from A-level or equivalent onwards.
Due to the geographical locations of our placements (the majority of which are UK based), a good standard of written and spoken English will also be required. Unfortunately, unless you already work for Bupa, we are not able to accept applications from individuals who do not have the right to work in the UK indefinitely.
Flexibility is a great strength of the graduate programme. Likewise, we ask you to be flexible too. If you're to make the most of the opportunities here, you'll need to be prepared to move around the UK on your placements - and possibly internationally up to three times over the course of the General, Marketing and Finance programmes. Language skills are desirable, in particular Spanish.
